HKV’s main contributions to the Delta Programme are in the field of developing new safety standards and in setting up the Delta model. We use the results of the Delta model to assess the effective lifetime of infrastructure. Through a number of projects, we contributed to the development of the updated national safety standards.
Since 2010, we have been involved in the development of the Delta model. We developed quality criteria for the model and we coordinate the ongoing calculations with the model. Furthermore, we have and performed a number of analyses and provided expert advice to a number of regional sub-programmes within the Delta Programme.
